The WG-B30 is a heavy – duty commercial food mixer Designed for bakeries, Restaurants.

The machine is complete with 3 types of agitators and have 3 grades of speed for different mixing purposes like Flour mixing, Stuff mixing, egg beating and cream mixing.

Dough arm: Suitable for heavy bread dough or other high viscosity food materials.  (Low Speed)

Beater:  Suitable for thin batters, cake, mashing potatoes and crushed, powdered, pasty food like staffing. (Middle speed)

Wire whip: Suitable for mixing liquid food, whipping cream, and beating egg. (High speed)
